Dining tonight at the stunning @alpharestaurant, located in a historic Victorian building in Sydney’s CBD. Similarly to Alpha’s culinary offering, the interior, designed by @ds17hello’s Paul Papadopoulos, beautifully fuses modern and traditional Greek elements serving up a chic yet relaxed dining establishment. Seated inside the spacious dining room, the ambience is alive, flooded with the glamorous vibes of the Greek islands then juxtaposed with walls inscribed with Ancient Greek lettering, towering columns and ceilings, exposed brick walls and custom pendant lighting that resembles old fishing nets. It’s this level of detail and execution that certainly makes Alpha one of Sydney’s best dining experiences. Now, excuse me while I shift my focus to nursing another Metaxa Mojito. Opa!
